Booking and Paying for Activities​

How to book an activity

Please refer to the section below for the payment methods.

There are three alternatives available to make a booking. Completing the Booking Form is the preferred method.

A. Booking Form

Complete the Booking Form below. Click SEND. This will automatically notify the Activities Team and the Treasurer of your booking and payment method.

B. By Email.

Send an email to BOTH addresses below :
[email protected] [email protected]
with the following information:

  • Your name and mobile telephone number
  • The activity name and date
  • The number of persons attending
  • Guests names and addresses
    (if different)
  • The amount and method of payment (EFT, Next meeting, Cheque)

C. Social Desk at Meetings.

Our Social Desk is open at meetings for bookings and details of activities. Morning tea break is an excellent time to make a booking.

Payment can be made on the spot with EFTPOS using a standard credit card, cash or by cheque.

How to pay for an activity

Please see three payment alternatives below. The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is the preferred method.

A. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Ensure you enter your name and the purpose of the payment.

Send an email to both the Treasurer and Social: [email protected]; [email protected] with the details of the activity and the names.

B. Payment at the meetings.

Payment can be made on the spot with EFTPOS using a standard credit card, cash or by cheque.

For credit card payments, a standard credit card is all that is required, a PIN is necessary for all transactions in excess of $100.
